With its 366 steps, the Belfort is not suitable for people with a physical or visual impairment. On the square in front of the Belfort there is a model of the tower and City Halls, which can serve as an alternative to a visit.
The Belfort is very suitable for a family visit. Climb the 366 steps and enjoy the breath-taking view of Bruges and the surrounding countryside. When the weather is nice, you can easily see all the way to the sea.
