Joeri studied Art History at KU Leuven. In 2021, he began his internship at the Digitisation Department of Musea Brugge, after which he became the Registrar for the "Hub! From depot to digital collection" project in 2022. This project actively focused on the registration, digitisation and disclosure of mainly prints and drawings, both loose and preserved in albums. This provides an important stimulus for the expansion of the new collection hub, both physically and digitally. Since the summer of 2023, he has worked as Digital Content Manager, primarily focusing on the management of collection-related images and metadata, including the digital accessibility of museum collections, and the connection between traditional registration practices and digital possibilities.
