We recommend checking your spam folder first. Can’t find your ticket in your inbox? Contact us via musea.reservatie@brugge.be or call us at +32 50 44 87 43 (Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM).
If you’re visiting us during the weekend, you can check in at the museum’s ticket desk, where the cashier can look up your tickets.
We ask you to respect the start time on your ticket. This allows us to ensure a smooth and pleasant visit. If you arrive earlier or later, you may have to wait before entering the museum.
Visiting the Belfry? As it is a busy location, it is important to stick to the start time. If you arrive earlier or later, we cannot guarantee your access to the Belfry for safety reasons.
An online ticket or reservation can no longer be changed, exchanged, or cancelled. Once you have received your online tickets, no discounts can be applied afterwards.You can find all the information about this in the general Terms and Conditions for Online Sales.
Do you have a ticket for a museum that must close unexpectedly due to force majeure? In that case, you will be informed by email and can reschedule your visit for another date. The option to rebook is valid for three months.
This rule does not apply to the Musea Brugge Card.

Residents of Bruges and the surrounding districts Koolkerke, Sint-Andries, Sint-Michiels, Assebroek, Sint-Kruis, Dudzele, Lissewege and Zeebrugge have free access to all our locations.

Want to pay your entry ticket in cash? That’s possible at the ticket desk of the museum pavilion near the Gruuthusemuseum, in our central museum shop (Dijver 16), and at the Groeningemuseum. At our other locations, only electronic payment is accepted.
Photography without flash and without tripod is allowed in all our museums. Photos, videos and recordings may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Dogs and other pets are not allowed in our museums. Assistance and guide dogs are the only exceptions. Please note that no kennel facilities are available.

It is not possible to organise a private mass in the Church of Our Lady. However, Bruges has many other churches, monasteries, abbeys, and chapels where this is possible. You can find an overview on this webpage.

Our locations do not have private parking.
For visitors, the entire city centre is a paid parking zone. For a visit to the city centre, it is best to park at the free peripheral or park & ride car parks, at P Centrum Station, or in the underground public car parks. More info.
