Shipping and delivery
We offer two delivery options. At the order checkout, you can choose to collect your package from our central museum shop or to have it delivered to an address of your choice.
Collection
Would you like to pick up your package in our central museum shop? Then choose 'pick up' with your order. You will receive an email as soon as you can pick up the product. This takes at least 2 working days. Then pick up your order within eight working days in the central museum shop (Arentshof, Dijver 16). The shop is open every day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except on Mondays and December 25 and January 1.
Delivery
Deliveries within Belgium are standard delivered via DPD. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from DPD with a track & trace code, so that you can follow your package.
For deliveries outside Belgium, the shipment depends on the country of destination. Overview

Return or exchange
Have you made a purchase in our webshop, but would you like to return or exchange the item? You can. You can return an item up to 14 days after receipt.
Options
There are two options for returning your order:
1. Return your order by post to the address below. Please note that you must pay the shipping costs for any return yourself.

Procedure
Step 1: Fill in the online return form within 14 calendar days of receiving your package.
Step 2: Return the items within 14 days of submitting the online return form or bring it to our central museum shop (Arentshof, Dijver 16). The item must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging.
Step 3: We will refund the amount to your bank or credit card account within two weeks of receiving the return.
Conditions
The returned item must be unused and in the same condition as at the time of delivery. We do not accept damaged, used or worn items.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and original labels.
Magazines or journals cannot be returned.
