Her Majesty the Queen visited the exhibition "Memling Now: Hans Memling in Contemporary Art" on Friday 23 October. With this visit, the Queen wished to support the cultural sector, which has been severely affected by the corona crisis in recent months.
Queen Mathilde was received by Mayor Dirk De fauw and Alderman for Culture Nico Blontrock. She was then offered a guided tour of the exhibition by museum director Till-Holger Borchert and project coordinator Eva Tahon.
