Twee zijluiken van een drieluik waarvan het middenpaneel verloren is gegaan. Op het linkerluik is Antonius afgebeeld, met monnikspij, varken en lezend in een boek. Op de achtergrond taferelen uit zijn leven: de duivelse kwellingen en zijn ontmoeting met Paulus, die hij later dood maar rechtop in biddende houding aantreft. Het rechterluik verbeeldt een geknielde en biddende cisterciënzerabt. Het gebeeldhouwde wapenschild op de zijkant van zijn bidstoel is van Antonius Wydoot, zesendertigste abt van de Duinenabdij (gewijd in 1557, overleden in 1566). De gesloten zijluiken tonen de 'Lactatio Bernardi' in grisaille. Links Maria met Kind die melk uit haar borst laat opwellen. Volgens de legende bevochtigde de melk de lippen van de heilige Bernardus, rechts knielend afgebeeld.
