Will you make it all the way to the top? There is only one way to find out: give it a try! Admittance to the Belfry is free for children aged 6 years or less.
A visit to the Sint-Janshuis Mill is also ideal for a family trip and can easily be worked into a day out in Bruges. The miller will be delighted to explain the ins and outs of his mill, which is still in perfect working order. Nearby , you can also visit the Volkskundemuseum and/or the Gezelle House. They are both within walking distance of the mill, a walk that will take you through one of the greenest and most authentic neighbourhoods in Bruges.
