Musea Brugge is an internationally renowned institution with 13 museum locations and one million visitors each year. 12 of the 13 locations are world heritage listed buildings.

The collection is extensive and varied, with the highlights being the unique collection of 15th and 16th century Flemish primitives, a valuable collection of fine arts and historic objects which give an impression of the history of Bruges. Iconic works by artists such as Jan van Eyck and Hans Memling are etched into the minds of millions of people.

Apart from the permanent collection, we regularly organise exhibitions, collection presentations, and other events. We turn out evening openings, workshops, theme days, and other activities.
