Confectioner in action

Every first and third Thursday of the month, the confectioner fills the museum with deliciously sweet aromas. During the demonstrations from 2.00 to 4.30 p.m., you can see how sweets were produced in the past. As the ingredients in the copper pan warm up or the mass of confectionery goes through the sweet mixer, the confectioner reveals a few secrets. The sweets are on sale in various flavours in the museum inn.
