When the confectioner is at work, the museum exudes the sweetest aromas. In 1982, the Bruges confectioner Albert Tanghe gave its workshop to the museum. The marble work benches, special drying oven, and copper cylinders are still used to produce delicious traditional sweets. Be sure to come and savour them on the first and third Thursday afternoons of the month!
